During your conceptional phase, we will support you with our know-how on the basis of a valid planning database, although this may – at the beginning – still be on a rather high level of abstraction. Together we will try to reach an optimization of the operating processes, production, storage strategies and forms of organization.

Taking into account these results, as well as existing restrictions, we will then proceed to the working-out of suitable system solutions for different functional areas like production, storage, order picking or transport. In the foreground, there will be the setting-up of layout variants with working-out capacity and effort calculations, as well as the floor space requirements, considering espects of material- and information flow.

The solutions worked out in this way will be rated with regard to their efficiency in investment and operation cost, so that we will then be able to make well-founded recommendations for one or for several preferable variants. This recommendation takes into consideration - on the one hand - the degree of mechanization and automation of business, as well as - on the other hand - the possibility of trouble-free implementation, always taking into account the available resources.
